Asantys Systems Becomes Official Distributor for UZ Energy in Africa

We are pleased to announce that Asantys Systems GmbH has become an official distributor for UZ Energy Limited, with exclusive distribution rights for West, East, and North Africa. This partnership marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide innovative and sustainable energy solutions across the African continent.

Why UZ Energy’s Lithium Batteries?

As part of our commitment to advancing renewable energy, UZ Energy’s lithium batteries have become our preferred choice for solar systems in rural and decentralized areas. These batteries stand out due to their compatibility with SMA Solar Technology AG products, which are widely recognized for their efficiency and reliability.

The integration of UZ Energy’s batteries into our solutions offers multiple benefits:

• Advanced Energy Storage: UZ Energy’s lithium batteries deliver superior energy storage capabilities, essential for ensuring consistent power supply, even in remote locations.
• Durability and Reliability: These batteries are designed to withstand harsh conditions, providing a long lifespan and reliable performance.
• Seamless Integration: Their compatibility with SMA products makes them an ideal fit for our systems, streamlining installation and enhancing overall efficiency.

Hands-On Training with UZ Energy

In November 2023, we had the honour of hosting Alessio Alario, Applications Engineering Manager at UZ Energy, for an intensive training session on UZ Power Lite A1 lithium batteries. Held at our office in Dakar, these sessions provided our team and partners with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience.

The training covered key areas such as:

• Battery Installation: Best practices for installing UZ lithium batteries to ensure optimal performance.
• UZ Software Introduction: An overview of the UZ software, which allows for precise monitoring and management of the battery systems.
• Hands-On Testing: Practical sessions that allowed our team to engage directly with the technology, reinforcing their understanding through real-world application.

We extend our gratitude to Alessio Alario for his expert guidance, which has empowered our team with the latest insights into these advanced battery systems.

Application in the ASER300 Project

We are already using these batteries in projects we are working on. Notably, UZ Energy’s lithium batteries have been integrated into the ASER300 project of ASER (Agence Sénégalaise d´Electrification Rurale) and Gauff Engineering. This initiative aims to provide sustainable energy solutions to underserved regions, aligning perfectly with our vision of delivering stability, profitability, and reliability in solar energy.
